Please remember that handmade products may have slight variations in color, pattern, or appearance. These unique details are part of what makes each handmade creation special.
📦 Processing Time
All orders require 5–10 business days for processing before they are shipped. Because our products are handmade, custom, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; if so, I will communicate that with you. Any special processing times will be noted in the product description.
🚚 Shipping
Orders are shipped within the United States using USPS. Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout. At this time, Tita Crafting Chronicles ships within the United States only. We currently do not offer international shipping. As our business grows, we may expand our shipping options to additional countries in the future.
🚚 Shipping Costs
Shipping is not free. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
📬 Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information when available. Please use the tracking information to monitor your package.
Tita Crafting Chronicles is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
📍 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Tita Crafting Chronicles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
📬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at titascraftingchronicles@outlook.com as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged package and item.
